Can you share something you are proud of that has happened at Lindab?
I am really glad that I am a valid member of a narrower circle of employees who have made a lot of changes and thus moved our entire branch to a higher level. I consider my career success to be my greatest personal success. I started as a regular operator in the field of manual production, then I led a shift, then I worked in production logistics, followed by a newly created position of production process coach. My current position is production technicians with several direct reports. I would like to emphasize that without a great team, that I proudly am part of, this work would not be possible. My main goal is to continue to deepen the trust that has been placed in me, and to do everything to increase the overall tech level.
