Remuneration Committee

A Remuneration Committee has been appointed by the Board of Directors to prepare proposals on remuneration matters and to continuously monitor and assess remuneration structures and levels for the CEO and other members of Executive Management.

Lindab´s Remuneration Committee

The Committee met on six occasions in 2025. The Committee continuously submits oral reports to the Board of Directors and submits proposals on matters requiring decisions by the Board of Directors.

The fees for the Remuneration committee are as follows, the chairman of the Committee received SEK 155,000 and the committee's ordinary member received SEK 62,000.

Since the 2016 Annual General Meeting, the Remuneration Committee consist of Peter Nilsson (Chairman) and Per Bertland.
