Lindab was founded in 1959 in Grevie outside Båstad in Sweden and even today Lindab Group's head office remains in the same place on the scenic Bjäre Peninsula. One of our founders, Lage Lindh, was a true entrepreneur and many of his basic ideas are still valid. It's about working close to the customer, with neatness and order and a down-to-earth attitude.
Today, Lindab Group has grown into a successful international group with around 5,000 coworkers in 19 countries.
Healthy indoor climate
We are driven by creating indoor environments for increased health and productivity. We spend as much as 90 percent of our time indoors. In addition, indoor air can be as much as 5 times more polluted than outdoor air. Still, there is not enough focus on the importance of good indoor air. We develop products that are directly connected to indoor air such as ventilation systems. We also develop products that are indirectly linked to a good indoor environment such as roofs and walls. Regardless of which unit in Lindab Group you want to work in, you will be involved in creating tomorrow's healthy indoor climate.
