Together for a sustainable future
Buildings account for roughly 40% of Europe’s energy consumption. As a Lindab Group co-worker, you play a vital role in improving indoor climate and simplifying the construction of sustainable buildings—whether you work in production, development, or any other function. Every Lindab Group team member contributes to reducing energy use across Europe, helping to create a more sustainable environment for all.
Our values
Lindab Group has a decentralised organisation where each team takes responsibility. In that type of environment, values are important to create a common basis for how we work.Leading with purpose
Leadership is all about inspiring and influencing others, it isn’t just a title, it is earned through character and actions. At Lindab Group we strongly believe that true leaders inspire those around them, lead with respect, earn trust, and set the example every day. They build commitment and engagement, by uniting teams around a shared purpose.
We’ve identified nine core qualities that define leadership at Lindab Group: setting clear goals, leading by example, continuous self-improvement, empowering others, staying flexible, maintaining a positive mindset, communicating effectively, taking decisive action, and embracing initiative.
We value leaders who go beyond managing tasks, nurture talent, and drive growth.
An international group in a changing market
Lindab was founded in 1959 on a sunny February day in Grevie, Sweden. One of our founders, Lage Lindh, was a true entrepreneur and many of his basic ideas are still valid. It’s about working close to the customer, with neatness and order and a down-to-earth attitude. What started out as a small workshop on the Bjäre peninsula has grown into an international ventilation group.
Most of us spend a great majority of our time indoors. Lindab Group wants to create a healthy indoor climate, while also contributing to a better climate for our planet.
A workplace to be proud of
We believe Lindab Group should be a workplace to be proud of, we offer an inclusive and safe environment where you are encouraged to try new things and continuously learn and grow. We seek skilled, positive-minded co-workers who understand our customers’ challenges, alongside leaders who lead by example and take responsibility for solving everyday problems.
Operating in a dynamic and evolving industry, Lindab’s decentralised structure empowers every co-worker to take ownership and drive development within their areas. We strive to be a workplace where every co-worker feels happy and actively contributes to a community, something we proudly call “the Lindab spirit”.
If you’re ready to be part of a company that values your input and fosters your growth, Lindab Group is the place for you.
We strive to be the leading player in the area in which we are strongest – ventilation in Europe. The different companies within the group all offer high-quality products, with a focus on Europe where demand for good ventilation is high and we can offer superior availability. We adapt our offering to the local market, with our core ventilation offering as the clear common denominator in all markets.
We want to offer an inclusive and safe workplace where you dare to try new things and constantly feel that you are learning something new.
