At the 2010 AGM the authorized public accountants Bertel Enlund and Staffan Landén, both Ernst & Young, were elected as the Company's auditors and the authorized public accountantans Linda Kjellgren and Johan Thuresson, both Ernst and Young AB, were eleceted as deputy auditors for a term which expires at the AGM in 2014.
The auditors are also commissioned by other listed companies, but this does not encroach on the time necessary to carry out their work for Lindab. None of the auditors are carrying out any services that might bring their independence into question.
For 2009, the auditors’ fees for the Parent Company amounted to SEK 1.0 m and SEK 8.6 m for the Group. In addition to that, their fees for other assignments in the Group amounted to SEK 4.3 m. Assignments have included advice on tax matters, investigation and analysis in connection with acquisitions and investigations into certain accounting matters.
